Does anyone know where I can find the Sage 500 ERP 2013 October 2013 Update client file?
On the download page (pictured below), it only goes back to October 2014. Also, the page mentions Sage 300 which males me wonder if it's even the correct page. Does anyone know?

You can find the October 2013 Local Client Source code here. You would have to search for it separately, as the download portal houses only the most recent Sage 500 ERP downloads.
Crystal Reports is available here. I have gone ahead and added it to KB 22652: Download Sage 500 ERP 2013 Client.
When searching, try filtering relevant results by using search operators (such as " ") and by selecting "Downloads" under "Show Options" (or Hide Options in the image below since it's already open).
