What kind of trail are you wanting to provide? Do you have an example?

I was trying to assist a customer to access the a trail use of Project Accouting in Sage 500. I did find out you can switch to a demo company -SOA- then activate the module for 45 days. That being said, what would happen if they have already used the 45 day trail but now have new employees that now want to use it for the same purposes?

Oh, "TRIAL" not 'trail'. You most likely have to contact Sage to reset this within their registration.

One option is to create a new database with demo companies loaded. This can be done on the same SQL server where the existing production database resides. Just make sure that the new database name is different from the production database You will get 45 days free trial with access to all modules. In the existing production database this is not possible since 45 days trial period has expired.
