Did you know if you’re a Sage 50 US customer with a Sage Business Care Premium Support Plan, you don’t have to wait on hold to have your support questions answered? You have the option to schedule a time for us to call you back!

This option is available year-round, but it’s especially great news during year-end, when wait times can be longer than usual due to increased call volume.

To schedule an appointment with a Sage support analyst:

  1. Visit our online scheduler.
  2. Create an account (Note, you will need your customer ID).
  3. Fill out the form.

That’s it! Your appointment is reserved so you can get back to your other priorities and we’ll call you at your selected time.
