Notice to Sage Customers: Credit Card expiry email

Yesterday, you may have received a communication from us regarding your credit card information on file with Sage. Please note that this communication was intended only to go to customers with credit cards expiring in the next 90 days.

If your credit card does not have an expiration in the next 90 days, please disregard this communication, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Should you be the primary contact then you are welcome to make use of the self-serve option on the Customer Portal  at https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com  under the Profile -> Update my Cards tab to confirm your card on file is updated. For step by step instructions on how to complete this process in the Customer Portal, please refer to knowledgebase article "How to update a credit card in Sage Customer Portal" (ID 40363).

If your card is expiring, it is important that you reply back to this email with your new expiration date so we can update your account. Please do not send any credit card numbers via email. The only information required is your updated expiration date.

If you would prefer to use a different card going forward, and would prefer to update your file by phone, or if you have any additional questions, please call 1-866-996-7243, follow the prompts, and a Sage representative will assist you.
