We regularly survey our customers asking for feedback. If you’ve ever responded to one of our surveys, I want to thank you and let you know how much we sincerely appreciate your reply and also assure you how seriously we take those responses.

To give you an example, we put a big focus on helping with year-end, from posting easy-to-find information in the year-end center on Sage City to extending our technical support hours during January to help you at the busiest time of year!

But what you may appreciate even more is the dramatic increase in the speed with which we respond when you phone us for assistance. In fact, we’ve improved our speed of answer by over 50%! In addition, we’ve also refined the way our calls are routed so you get to the right person faster.

What’s next on our list?
Well, that’s up to you and what you share the next time you get a survey from Sage! But to give you a sneak peek, we’re focusing on simplifying the installation and upgrade process for Sage 50 on a local network. Stay tuned!
