Sage 50 US COVID-19 Payroll Reporting Wizard is available!

The revised 941 for Quarter 2 2020 includes new fields and calculations due to changes in the FFCRA and CARES Act. As part of Sage Knowledgebase Article 104166: Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA/HR 6201) setup guidelines, the procedures to add additional Pay Levels for Hourly and Salary employee types to handle special pay for Sick Leave and Expanded FMLA assistance is detailed. If you followed these procedures and named your Pay Levels with the names suggested for the special types, or setup the fields in a similar manner with different names, the Sage 50 COVID-19 Payroll Wizard will help you to quickly obtain the amounts paid out to employees for specific pay level types as you process and work through 941 processing for Q2, specifically for fields 5a (i) and 5a (ii) on page 1 of the 941. It is particularly helpful if you have multiple companies in Sage 50 US to process quarterly reports for, which is compatible with Releases 2020 and higher.
