Make contacting Sage Support easier with just a few clicks

Have you reviewed our Top 6 tips to be sure you are contacting “the real Sage” for software assistance? Something else to know is that Sage 50 US software users have a desktop icon that goes directly to our page. That's right! Look for the icon (screenshot below*) on your desktop labeled "Sage Resources".

Click on the icon, and you'll be taken to the Resource Center page for Sage 50 in the United States where you'll find quick access to the software's Knowledge base articles and support contact links.

There is also quick access to support resources within Sage 50's Help menu, under Sage Support with links to Live Chat and Support Ticket creation online.
