Where do I enter "paid preparer" information so it will default into forms?

When preparing a form it will ask you if you are preparing the form for your company or if you are a paid preparer. I don't know of any other place to enter that information.

It should be done form by form because some forms may be prepared by a third party while others may not depending on what is farmed out to the third party.
