I know of no way to show the GL when it is the same as the one above it, Joe.
Another way to get the same data would be to write a Job Ledger report with Sage Intelligence.
The GL could easily be repeated on a report of that style

Dave is right. Only a custom Sage Intelligence report will give you the layout you want.

A manual workaround would be to select the GL Acct ID column in Excel, the press F5 or Ctrl+G, click the Special button, choose
"Blanks" in the Go To Special window and click OK. Then type an =, press the up arrow on your keyboard once, finally press Ctrl+Enter. That will enter a formula in each blank cell in that column that points to the cell above it. You would have to do this every time you send a report to Excel.
