If you call Sage Support or Aatrix Support they can help you locate the Prerequisites.exe file in the Aatrix program files directory, if you right-click it and select 'Run As Admin' you will be able to complete the required install if you have appropriate permissions. It must have been canceled the first time it downloaded and tried to run. Once everything is successfully installed you will be able to run W2s & 1099s.
