Existing tax forms disappeared.  I ran W2s but I need to edit them.  The list of existing tax forms is empty.  I've tried to open Existing Forms but none are there.  I tried to access W-2 History but nothing happens.  I've tried to create new ones - it appears to be trying to but nothing happens.

I also ran 1099-INTs.  I do not need to edit them, but they are not there either.  I had 7+ years' of tax forms on my Existing Forms list. 

I've logged in as admin.  I've restarted Sage.  I tried Chat "support" (what a laugh!).
