Have you done a data integrity check?  Perhaps there is an error in the file itself.

What data do you mean? I explain in the server works without problems the reports, in personal computers is where I have the problem.
Now i copy the folders from the server to the computers and follow the problem.

Is it just the Inventory Stock status report or all reports? If it is just the inventory stock status report, how many inventory items do you have? What kind of date range are you pulling? Does it work when you filter for just one item?

Hi John, yes its only on inventory stock and the quantity of items its about 400 or 500 we try to generate a report with ITEM, ITEM TYPE, QTY ON HAND, QTY AVAILABLE. 

Have you tried deleting the DDF files in the data folder ?

yes but still same with the issue

My advice is start pulling smaller item ranges. I would say that there is a good chance you have a particular record that is damaged that is causing the issue. Pull smaller item ranges until you isolate it.

the report i want to generate has approximately 24k items, how long would it be normal to generate it?

Delete the Userpref.dat. 

Have you run the updates for 2018 - 2018.2?
