If you're getting this on the server but not workstations, my guess is that it's a printer driver issue among the choices…
Strangely enough, replacing a folder(1) in the temp folder in C:\users\..\Appdata\Temp solved the issue. Last Night we decided to clear our temp folder so that prompted us to review the changes made.

If you're getting this on the server but not workstations, my guess is that it's a printer driver issue among the choices in the article. Either the Sage 50 Email Writer v3 is the default printer driver, or you actually have a printer driver conflict.
