Not sure why you are pulling with ODBC.  You can get a Working Trial Balance by specific date within the Reports menu, General ledger, in the options choose specific date.  You can also drill down.

The trial balance isn’t something you can pull from a table per se, it’s the balance in each account as of a date. What are you trying to accomplish? Why won’t the standard trial balance report work?

I just want to 'trial balance'  for the year of 2017-18,

i believe it's store in 'Chart.dat'  table in sage 50, is it true ? because of i try to retrieve it by database query in sage 50

There is no single file that stores your trial balance. Your trial balance is not a static number, but is a calculated number created from all of your debits and credits.

OK Understand, but how to i getting this for year of 2017/18, if not have single file to keep those data then how to retrieve it from sage 50?
