There are a few options available. The best option will depend on how your chart of accounts is organized. What are the GL account numbers for the 4 Wages & Salaries accounts? Are they consecutive or are there other accounts that come between these four accounts? Are other expenses split out by these for locations/departments?

1. You could use the standard report designer within Sage 50 to create a custom P&L that has 2 expense ranges (one for the GL accounts before and one for the GL accounts after) defined that exclude the one wage GL account.
2. Another option would be to use GL account segments to create departments and the put the President's wages (and any other expense items you may choose later) in their own department.
3. Lastly you could use Sage Intelligence to create a custom P&L that could either exclude or just hide that 1 GL account.

User permissions and "Roles" can be used to limit who has access to information and reports in Sage.
