Hi everybody

I'm used Peachtree 2012 student version. Now, this version is 14 months expired. I have sage 50 2015, 16, 17, 18 and 19 student version. I can't restore from student version to higher version. How do i do? I don't want to lose my data. Please help me.

Are you sure you can't restore to a higher version?  Did you try?   If you want to send me a backup, I will let you know if it is convertible.  https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/BestBusinessStrategies  When sending your .PTB file, please include a note with your contact information and what you are requesting with your file.

I found information in the Sage End User license agreement that applies to this.

     (c) Student Version: The student version of the Program (a “Student Version”) may be licensed only by individuals that meet the applicable student qualifications as set forth on the Program packaging or on the Education Program section of the Sage 50 website located at www.sage.com/.../. If the Program is a Student Version, You may use the Program only for your personal educational purposes and any data entered into a Student Version of the Program cannot be converted to a full working version of the Program. Any company created in the Student Version and any Sage 50 Accounting 2019 US EULA (30 day cxl update) data entered into that company will be accessible for only fourteen (14) months after that company was created.

Can you export your data out of Sage 50 student? Open Sage 50 go to the File tab > Import / Export > Choose one of the items you used and export the items. Choose all items and in the options tab chose headings. If the export works, you can import the information into a real program.

If you need a real program that does not expire, we do sell them.  We have subscription and perpetual licenses.
