Income/Budget Report not giving click for general ledge option

I'm self taught on Sage 50 so I'm probably not using the correct terminology in my searches and that's why I can't find an answer.

Here is my problem:

We have revamped our account numbers and reports within the last year.  I've been fighting with our custom reports to roll up our accounts (or summarize in some cases) and still give the icon to pull up the general ledger for that information.  (The magnifying glass icon with the z inside it.)  Is it possible to rollup or summarize accounts and still have this feature?  If not, any suggestions on a work around for this? (We have two reports, one detailed for staff and one summarized for Board.  i.e. Office supplies, we track postage and copier costs separately from other office supplies.  But all the Board wants to see is a total of office supplies spent.)  Any ideas? Slight smile
