Hello,

I have been using Sage for many years.  This year I decided to use the cloud for backup.  Geek Squad was working on my computer and the hard drive crash.  They told me that they were unable to recover the data.  I went to the cloud and could not find any of my backups.  Maybe I am looking in the wrong place.  How do I get to the cloud that "should" have my backups.

At the end of 2018, I backed up my Sage information to a flash drive.  I cannot get the sage software to read my file.  Can someone help me?

I tried to upload the file, but it wont let me.
