We need to change the fiscal year for our company, so I am trying to rebuild our company by following the instructions found in this article. This is actually the second time I have tried rebuilding the company. I gave up the first time after experiencing several import errors; however, I have decided to give it another try because we would like to retain our history of transactions in the new company (Sage Expert Services only offers a Lists and Balances Rebuild).

I have followed the instructions exactly, including exporting/importing header rows. While importing the employee list I encountered the error shown in the picture below. This is only one of many such import errors I encountered the first time I tried to rebuild our company.

The way I solved this problem before was by removing the problematic columns; however, since I am not intimately familiar with the data, I do not know if I am removing important information.

Could anyone point me to documentation about the significance these fields? Rather than having to create a separate question for each problematic field, I would like to have the resources to figure it out for myself.
