Sage 50 Automatic Backup unable to log out users.

Question

I have a problem with the Sage 50 automatic Backup. 
 It is supposed to automatically log out users to create a nightly automatic backup but today the log shows this: 
 &ldquo;Backup started at 6/15/2020 7:00:00 PM. Backup stopped - there are one or more users currently logged into this Sage 50 company.&rdquo; 
 
 The automatic backup is already set to log out users prior to running the backup though. As seen below:

What could be preventing this from logging out users prior to running the backup?

I think I figured out what was causing this... 
 When you run a manual BU there is an option to remind if a BU has not been run in "X" days. 
 We had this reminder set for 1 day, and the BU to run after midnight. 
 When the daily auto-BU routine started and auto-signed out all users, it seemed to hang on my profile (administrator) at the BU reminder, "you have not BU in 1 day"... then the auto-BU timed out and never ran. So I had to run a manual update the next morning - and the cycle continued. 
 Once I unticked that reminder box it works consistently for about 1 week now. 
 I am going to try to see if I set the reminder for 2 days to see if that would work, but haven't tried yet.
