Time TIcket imports

SUGGESTED

Hello everyone,

I have started using time ticket imports, and had a question concerning annual and sick time. We are using the, "Duration," field to keep track of employee's time, but at the moment, I am having to manually go through and look up their sick/annual time and then manually enter that into sage. Is there anyway to have Sage automatically fill in the annual and sick, based on the time ticket imports? Thanks!

    Hi J Southerland,

I used to spend hours trying to figure this stuff out.  I don't anymore!  I found an awesome time clock program that does all of that for me.  I simply download the information into Sage and cut the pay checks.

It will track everything for you including sick time and vacation time.  It has job costing and GPS tracking.  At the end of the pay period I download the hours into Sage 50 and simply cut the paychecks.  If you are interested in learning more, please contact me.  I can send you literature or sign you up for a demo.

If the time tickets are being used in payroll, then the standard sick and vacation formulas can be modified to accrued based on the hour worked. The calculation would happen when payroll is run so you wouldn't have daily updates of sick/vacation balances.
