Hey Mathew,   For years Sage has sent their customers to their community for answers.  Why not just answer the client's question here where others can see the solution and learn from other's issues?

Hi I'm from Antillean Adventist University in Puerto Rico, I have the same problem, and trying to acces the local data, I delete the sage id and now my local data is asking for the sage drive company.

If you are working on a server, try to connect from a workstation.

And is someone know how to open the local company without the sage drive please send me a message.
