Remote Data Access Progress Back and Forth Loop trying to Resume Sharing

I'm trying to resume sharing company but caught in a loop.  It says "Sage 50 is currently processing a data bundle for upload to Remote Data Access..."  Another little window keeps flashing "Downloading from Remote Data Access..." back on and off, on and off multiple times.  Seems to be an endless loop.  It won't let me work in this Company!   I need to get this fixed ASAP.

    Hello Stephen! Sorry to see you are having an issue with the re-sharing of a company in Remote Data Access. Are you re-sharing on the computer that hosts the data such as the server on a local area network? If you are not, we recommend going to that machine and trying to resume sharing there.
