Hello Norman. When using roll-up masks in your financials, the chart of accounts would need to meet the format you need in order to roll-up. With that being said, after you have created an account you can always go back and change the ID of the account so it meets the format you need to create that mask. To change the ID of an existing COA, simply browse to Maintain < Chart Of Accounts, select the account and choose 'Change ID' at the top. Check out Sage's great article they have here!
