I am working on integrating Track-It into our workflow. It seems the easiest way to quickly change a tracking status on Sales Orders and Quotes is to use the "My Inbox" module in My Dashboard.

However it does not load, everything is greyed out and constantly says "My Inbox Refreshing". I did verify that there is a Sales Order assigned to my user under the "Track It" panel.
