Subgroups/Groups in COA

Hi, I've been using Sage for several years but have never needed to have a group (i.e., Utilities) and subgroup (electric, water, etc.). Is there a way to designate them as subgroups in the COA? I'f so, I'm not seeing it.

You can't set up groups or sub-accounts in the chart of accounts, but you can customize the financial statements and insert subtotals or roll up accounts.

Thanks. I thought I was going crazy trying to figure it out :). Is there a tutorial/video somewhere that explains that process?
