What is the best method of reviewing prepayment transaction history. 

The Cash receipts journal isn't exactly clear as it has a lot of noise. When we try to click the receipt from the receipt list the error/prompt shows up saying you cant view transaction history for a prepayment.

please help, my A/R person is going nuts not having this information easily viewable.
