A pdb from a 2019 backup has been restored in a one-off location separate from current, live data.  I have installed Sage50 2019 on a separate machine.  I tried installing without and with pointing to the restored data but neither worked.  I tried having the data on a network drive and local but neither worked.  When the data is local and after a very long import(?) process the following windows come up:

I was trying to do this without having to do the data update process from 2019 to 2021 and without messing up my accountants current, live setup.  Any suggestions for getting this data up and running in 2019 would be greatly appreciated.
