In the past 3 weeks, every time I run the data verification and choose to have both tests run- only the data access runs and NOT the data reliability. How do I fix this? It ran fine all year up until a few weeks ago.

Honestly, we don't recommend that our clients just run Data Verification "just because." Instead, targeted Integrity Checks are used to deal with specific issues. What issue are you trying to correct with Data Verification? You could be making an unforseen issue worse by running this numerous times without dealing with the underlying problem. https://pcosupport.com 800-780-0700
I keep running the data verification to fix an issue as it recommends to back up and run it before running integrity checks and syncs. I just realized recently that the data verification has not been running properly ( only data access completing not data reliability).
What is the issue?

That should take you hopefully to the question I posted last week on how to fix it. And to be honest I think the data verification will fix this after I realized the previous data verification I ran did not run the reliability portion. Unfortunately my issue is now trying to figure out why the reliability test isn't running and only the access.
We only run the data verifcation once a month on a normal basis before we change the date over to the next period. I successfully ran it on July 8th but it has not ran it correctly since. I only keep running it to try to get it to work, not because I think it needs to be ran so many times.
Data Verification won't permanently fix the problem you've listed above. I posted a response to your problem in a separate post the other day.
Thank you for your help. My plan was to go ahead and run the invoice payment/sync like you suggested, but I did not want to run it until I was able to successfully back up and do the data verification (I had JUST realized it was not saving/running properly)
Sometimes all of the data fixes just don't work. I would delete the ENTIRE transaction and rekey it. Before deleting the invoice, open the invoice and find the "related transactions" Delete the payments first then the invoice.
I am concerned you have data damage. We do a free data damage assessments. Please feel free to reach out to Shirley Byard. 304-233-2612 if you would like an assessment.
We already deleted the payment and it will not allow us to delete the invoice because there is a negative applied credit somehow on the invoice that is doubling the amount.
That is exactly what our issue is posted above in that link- and the data verification helped with that issue so we are hoping we will be able to successfully do that.
There are 11 steps to follow to fix this damaged transaction, and we charge for this service. Our resolution fixes this problem every time. Please contact us if you are interested in discussing having us help you with this, https://pcosupport.com 800-780-0700
