Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about what appears to be a miscommunication. I double checked with the Sage 50 US support team who advised that version 2021.1.1 is still supported (until March 31, 2022) but you'd need a valid support plan. Your Sage City user profile email appears to be linked to the account ending 400xxxxxx40 with a version 2021 license but no support plan. A support plan would be required in order to acquire assistance from our support team. Happy to have the sales team reach out to you to discuss options. Try running Data verification from Period 1.   Get a good backup before running the report and DO NOT overwrte it.

File > Data Verification

I try before and  no error was found /.\

Can you do an inventory adjustment? 

Purchase orders do NOT hit the general ledger.  Only invoices when paid will add the items to inventory and the general ledger unless you check the box to add it to inventory before paying the vendor invoice. 

If do Inventory adjustment , it will change inventory value on balance sheet.

Not if you change the cost on the adjustment.

Any Consultant can quote me the price to fix my data problem?
