we are trying to print inventory labels with product code & description. We are using a standard thermal transfer printer Godex G500 with a seagull windows driver and label size 51mm x25mm wide edge leading. We have been able to setup the label correctly apart from it doesn't remember settings in the driver that relate to detecting the gap between the labels and that we are using a thermal transfer printer. We have been told that it is an issue with the driver but on further discussion with Sage Tech Support it would appear that not may companies use sage to print labels

Is anyone else aware of this problem???
