I need to know how much fabric I bought each month.  When I purchase fabric, I enter the payment directly. I don't use the receive inventory feature. The GL code I'm looking for is 132 (inventory). I use hybrid accounting, accrual for inventory and cash for everything else.  I definitely do not use the accrual method.
