Inconsistent date format when export data to excel

Question

My excel version is Office 2016. When I export data from Sage 50 to excel, there are different date format in the date column (as below image, different date format for 12/4/2022 and 14-4-2022). It is difficult to use Excel Power Query to do some analysis. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

I consulted with some more experienced advisors on this and we were not able to find a way to make the date formats consistent upon export, but it should be possible to fix them in Excel by selecting the entire date column, right clicking, and selecting Format. That should let you choose the appropriate date format and apply it to all entries in the column.
