Can't resume sharing a company. Sage support has not responded in 4 day. Is there a phone number I can call?

I paused sharing to change a period.  When I tried to resume sharing there was a message that I needed to close an open window.  However there was no open window.  I was unable to close Sage either.  This was on a Sunday and I need to do work in another company so I used task manger to close sage.  When logging back in to that company is says sharing has been paused by user (me).  You can access the company when user (me) resumes sharing.  My only option is to open it in read only mode and resumed sharing is grayed out.  I submitted a support ticket on Sunday but as of this morning (Wednesday) sage has not responded.  Any suggestions?  I am unable to find a telephone number to speak to a live tech either.  Does anyone have a number?
