We just updated to Sage 50 5023 & installed on a new server. Now the 2 people that USED to be able to email from Peachtree are unable. (I wasn't able to email for the last couple of years BUT now I can)>
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO EMAIL FROM SAGE (other than uninstall & reinstall which doesn't make sense to me)
Thanks, that may be the issue or at least I have some place to start.
Well it's certainly no worse than Sage saying to uninstall & reinstall.
If restarting your PC doesn't fix it:
Close Sage on your PC
Go to control panel -> Devices and Printers
Delete the Sage 50 E-mail Writer
Go to control panel -> Programs and Features
Select Sage…
