I could take a look at the file, have you attempted any purges?  We could probably slim it down a bit even without a purge as there would be some files that could be reset and get you under the 2GB.  We also help a lot of companies create new clean files and have the tools to get the needed stuff over so it can be a seamless transition.  You can contact me directly if you want me to take a look.  [email protected] 

Are you using the NTFS format on the destination storage device? FAT format will not take a larger file.
