We have a corporate credit card with approx 15 staff who have a card.  We enter the vendor name such as "American Express" and use the last 4 digits of the card and the staff initials and month the transactions correspond to.  See below - does anyone know if you can do a search on multiple entries in a vendors bill to locate a specific transaction, i.e a line item may say "Qdoba - business lunch" or "Walmart - Office supplies"
