Thanks for reaching out. We understand the frustration you're experiencing with Sage 50. According to our senior team for Sage 50 US support, there have been no reported issues with the RDA service. It appears the issue you're facing may be related to data corruption in your data.
You might find this Knowledge Base article helpful in addressing the issue.
Regarding the service disruptions, as of our 12:10 ET update on 11/03/2023, Sage 50 functionality is now fully operational, and all other services, including the Product Documentation sites, are back online.

An I/O error in Variable Record Length is a serious error message and REQUIRES a restore from a previous backup. I have never been able to resolve this error using the Sage Data Verify or Sage Integrity Check processes.
