Equivalent to Pervasive Control Center

New to Sage 50 but I have done some Peachtree work years ago, as in 12+ years ago.

I am trying to write crystal reports but I would really like to see what is in each table to facilitate this.  In my old Macola days, when it used Pervasive (now Actian), we had the Pervasive Control Center, where I could see the tab;e structure, wrote queries to see what data was in there, etc.  What is the equivalent of this for Sage 50?
