Cannot open file

When restoring my backup on peachtree 2009 it restores my backup from 01/9/23 to 7/26/23 and message pops up Cannot open file.  C:\PROGRA~1\SAGESO~PEACH~1\COMPANY\HARALLE\PERMISS.DAT. It won’t let me put in my password.  I read something about security or antivirus.  Does anyone know what’s causing this and how to fix this in order to backup the rest of my data.

    You can copy your backup to a separate place (not move, copy), then rename the PTB file to ZIP, and unzip the backup into a folder of your choosing (not the original). After the files have unzipped, you can either move that folder into place in your Company directory or you can attempt to copy/paste the unzipped files on top of your existing files.
