    Hi  ,

Thank you for reaching out about the issues you're experiencing with emailing after running the year-end process on your computer. It sounds like you may be encountering a system resource problem that is affecting your ability to email invoices, quotes, and sales orders from Sage.

I recommend checking out the resolution steps provided in the article "How to email from Sage 50", which outlines detailed instructions for emailing single and multiple invoices. If you're receiving an error message stating "An error occurred sending the email. The server may be down," please refer to the troubleshooting steps in this support article that addresses webmail settings, cookie issues, and email format errors.

Additionally, if your CPU usage spikes to 100% and is impacting performance, it might be helpful to ensure that your system meets the requirements for running Sage and to check for any updates or patches that may resolve this issue.

If you need more information or have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Chat with support or join us at Sage Q&A Live for real-time answers.

    Warm Regards,
    Erzsi

Found out my issue was microsoft 365 was installed as 64 bit and it's not compatible even though it has worked for over a year.  Must be 32 bit.
