General Ledger Report Options

After running the general ledger report, when I hit the "Options" button, nothing happens except the general ledger report grays out and I am not able to X out. I have to run task manager to stop Sage.

Hello Ken, it sounds like the window may be opening off screen... Here is a link from our client knowledgebase that can assist you with that: My Sage application or one of the application windows opens off screen and/or shows blank window in the
