Hello!  I recently upgraded my Sage 50 to 2014.  And after going through the process of activating my account manually, and then I try to open the Sage 50 2014, and I get this error message which says "There is a problem activating.  Please try again later."    I cannot access the software at all.  I am frustrated and do not know what to do.  Please help.  I cannot access

I already contacted customer support and the support chat.  And they did nothing to help me through this.  Other than give me a bunch a webpages to look at to help me through which were useless btw.  I ran the sage diagnostic tool, and nothing indicated that it would not work.  

What can I do to access this software?  I am stuck!  Anyone else have this problem?
