Lately, we are experiencing extremely slow performance on the network. I purged all the data till Dec 31, 2010, reindexed all the chart, jrnl header, jrnl rows and chats. Did all the tests but performance is still slow. We have only 5 concurrent users but creating a sales order or invoicing takes anywhere from 1 minute to 'hung' status. Calling Sage Support is a day's adventure. Even if I get someone, a purgatory check to see if I have active support and then another long long wait to get a rep. I am disgusted with support at this moment with the support. Any suggestions?
