Retrieving lost password

I upgraded my Peachtree 2010 to Sage Peachtree Premium Accounting 2011 in January, 2014.  I am owner & designer of a very, very, very small retail business.  I have been using various versions of Peachtree since 1988.  Everything had been working just fine until yesterday.  I attempted to open my existing company as I have for years and password isn't valid.


The last time I invoiced a customer was on May 11, 2014.  I was tired at the time, but I think a message did come up telling me to change my password.  Unfortunately, I changed it without writing it down because it would have been one I routinely use.  Big mistake since I needed to get into sales info to file my business license taxes yesterday.

I went into the registry and could find my userid but could not find my password anyplace that I looked.  Is this how Customer Support will attempt to retrieve my password through regedit?  I downloaded a form from a website called HarborCloud, Inc. that is entitled Sage 50 US Accounting Express User ID / Password Reset Service.  The email address on it is [email protected] and the fax phone number is (678) 534-6658.  Is this a legitimate email address and fax #  to correspond with Customer Support for this service or is this a third-party service?  I would be willing to pay for a one-time support call if necessary unless someone could tell me what I am looking for in my system.  I don't have the business support as I have never needed it until now.  Any assistance anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated at the moment.  I need to get back into my software!
