PeachTree 2002 Migrate to SAGE 50

SUGGESTED

I am planning to upgrade my PeachTree 2002 to SAGE 50. Is it possible to migrate my company from PeachTree 2002 to SAGE 50 or I need to input everything to the new system? Please help me to decide.

It greatly depends on whether you would want to purchase a current support plan. With the purchase of a support plan, Sage 50 support would upgrade your data to the current release for no additional cost. If you don't want to purchase a support plan, the safest option would be to upgrade your data to the 2007 release, and then upgrade it to the current release. Any number of certified consultants who frequent these forums probably offer this service, and I would urge them to chime in. If not, the link to a search for certified consultants is here

I will chime in.  LOL   Yes, we can update your data for you.   BTW all 2015 software comes with support.  They are changing it somewhat on November 1st. You will now have different support choices.

I have not heard that Sage will run your data up to the current version at no charge.  You would have to download he software and move it to two different versions, Run Data verification on the final run and then upload it back to the client.  This could consume a machine for a couple hours depending on the size of the data base.

If you would like a estimate, please send me a personal email.  I would need to know the size of your data base before quoting a price for this type of work.
