I have seen a similar situation that had the grid showing the correct social security number, but I could see that the social security number was not correct when I opened the print preview.

1. The way I fixed it was to open the existing form that was filed (if this happens before filing please call support to show someone the symptom)

2. Select the option to file a corrected W2

3. Change some value in the row that is having the issue (i.e. put a period in the address)

4. View the Print Preview and see if it is showing the correct information
