These steps should be helpful for searching for backup files on your computer:

Option I: Windows 8 and Windows 7

1. -Click Start.
2. -Click Computer
3. -In the Search Computer field type .ptb and then press Enter

Option II: Windows XP

1. -Select Start, and then click Search.
2. -Select Click here to use Search Companion.
3. -Select All files and folders.
4. -On the first line, enter *.ptb.
5. -In Look in box, select My Computer.
6. -Click Search.
