How do you create a work schedule?

HOW DO YOU CREATE A WORK SCHEDULE WITH SAGE TO PRODUCE ALL PRODUCT DUE AND NOT DUPLICATE ORDERS?

ALSO IS THERE A PATCH FOR SAGE THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY TAKE OUT INVENTORY ONCE IT IS INVOICED.

    Quantity on Hand for Stock and Assembly Items are reduced automatically when sales invoices are posted. In turn when the items are purchased the Quantity on Hand increases. If Quantity on Hand is not being reduced what version of Sage 50 are you using? What is your posting method? Is it Real Time, SmartPosting or Batch. To check go to Maintain menu select Company Information. There it shows the Posting Method. Also make sure you're working in the current account period. The amount shown for Quantity on Hand also is updated based on the accounting period you're working in.

    There really isn't a work schedule feature. How there are several Inventory Reports that will give you the QTY in Hand, Min Stock, Reorder QTY as of a specific date. There is the Inventory Stock Status Report, Inventory Reorder Worksheet, Inventory Unit Activity Report. ....
