I created a form that when I test it, seems to work. While I am a Sage employee, customizing forms is beyond the scope of support that we provide, so you won't be able to expect any further assistance if it doesn't work.

That's great John,  Do you have the matching .PTR ?  You need both the . FRM and .PTR to make it work properly.
